The other person does not need a Connecter account or an installed messenger. They open the invitation in their browser and join the conversation.

Step-by-step guide

How a web call invitation works

A friend or customer can contact you even without your phone number or the Connecter app. You create an invitation, and they open it in their browser.

Connecter home page: the Invite button is highlighted in red — 1On the home page, tap **Invite**. This opens **Invite External User**.

Invite External User window: link validity and Translate and Call switches are highlighted — 2Choose how long the link remains valid. Enable translation if needed; use the **Call** switch to allow voice calls or leave text chat enabled. Tap **Create Invitation**.

Invitation sending screen: email field and WhatsApp and Telegram buttons — 3Enter the recipient's email address and send the invitation. To send via **WhatsApp** or **Telegram** tap the appropriate button and choose a contact in that service.

The recipient may have neither Connecter nor your number. Guests simply open a valid link in their browser. Its validity is set when you create the invitation.
